Special Board meeting Nov. 4-1957
The Town Board met at the American Hall November 4th
1957 at 8'ocl oak P.M. All Board members as well as all
Zoning Board members and School Board members. were
Present. Also the following interested citizens the
Town Attorney and Nr. Shattuck.
The Civic group had several committee chairmen
present. The meeting was called for the purpose of
discussing the proposed revision of the present
Zoning regulations. After considerable discussion
it was decided have Committoos &pointed for investigation
and recommendations, and a future date for another meeting
to be fixed later.

Rigular Board Meeting Wavember 12th-1957.
The Town Board of the Town of Eden Prairie hold their
regular meeting Nov. 12th 1957 in the American Legion Hall
at 8 o'cl ook P. g. Present Kenneth Zo Anderson Chairman,
Donald Rogers & Alvin Bron Supervisors. Elmer I. Clark Clark
A. Harlin Perbis Attorney as well as the following Visitora:

The meeting was called to order by the Chairman Nr.
f Anderson. The minutes of the last two meetings were read
\ and approved as read. The monthly financial report was
also read and approved.
The monthly bills were approved and ordered paid and
the Clerk was instructed to mail shooks for same*
Parties interested in the abandoment of certain strips of
Road in the Gerard Platted addition were board and on account
of some personal differences the following motion elan made.
A motion was made by Alvin Breit and asoondad by Donald
Rogers that the hearing on abandooent of Roads in the Sari
Gerard Platted Addition be Adjoarred until the next regular
Board nesting on Deo. 1 Oth 1957 at 8 o'of ock P.M.
