A SPECIAT. Board meeting of the Eden Prairie Tarn
Town Board. Present Kenneth Be Anderson Chairman
Donald Rogers and Alain Bran Sapervisors. TLmar E.
Clark Clerk, Harlan Porbix Attorney for the Board
Mrs. J. Macousky• Kr. Macousky and Mr. Baker.
The meeting was held in the Axorlcan Legion Hall
at 10 O'clock A. Me October 14 - 1957.
Votioes of the meeting were posted by the Clerk
on The three Town Bullitin Boards September 2nd
1957.
The mooting was called for the purpose of dissousaing
and trying to come to a mutual agreement on a Road Right
a way into Mr. Bakers property Pursuant to the Wotlo*R j
which were posted on September 2-1957. It seemed
impossible to rsaoh an agreementv therefor the
foil*wing motion was made.

A motion was duly made and seconded that the meeting
stand ad journod until loovember 12-1957, which is the
regular Board =**ties.

Chair call a apecial meeting for the evening of
ltov 4th -57 and the clerk be instructed to notify
School, Board and Civic group members, Mr Shattuck
