All Boards to meeting with Mr. Shattuck 8 O'clock P.M-
at the American Legion Hail September 19th-1957o for
the purpose of revI*Wing pianning progress.
A motin was made ,seconded and carried that the Zonning
board and the Town Board most on Yon. Evening to study new Zoning Ord.
There being no further business the meeting adjourned
at 11 #30 P. M. for light refreshments.

Special meeting October 21957
The Town Board met with the Zoning Board for the purpose
of studying the New Zoning ORDINANO=. all members of f
both Beards were present, also Yr. Shattuck and Attorney
Perbi=. No business was tranocated other than planning•
Meeting adjourned at 10s,30 P. V. to meet Sep. 19 1957
at 8; P.M. for farthe consultation.
Regular Board meeting Oot obey 8-1957
The Regular Town Board meeting was held at the Amer. T.egion Hall
October 8th 1957 8 o'clock P. M. Present Kenneth 3; Anderson
Chairman, Alvin Bran & Don Rogers Supervisors and several visitors
A* W. killer Treas. and Elmer N. Clark Clerk.
The minutes of the last meeting were read and approved as read.
The monthly f inuclal report was also read and the monthly
bills were ordered paid and the clerk instructed to mail same.
A Notion was made and seconded that the bill of Mr. Don
Jennings be paid in full for the work he did on the Holly
road amount of bill #994.00

A motion was made and seconded that The Town of Ndsn Prairie convey
to Harry Rogers and his wife Evelyn Rogers the No 3' of the
Town Garage Property in consideration of Harry Rogers & wife Nvelyn
Deeding to the Town a 3' strip adjacent to and South of the
present garage property, which eschange of conveyance would
el imimto the Towns garage from enoroashing on the Rogers
property.
Notion Carried
A Motion was made seconded and carried that the Chairman
and the Clerk be authorised to Sign the Deed ooveying
the above property to Harry Rogers & wife.
