Minutes Monthly Board Meeting

The monthly Board meeting was held September 10 19571r.
the American i.egion Hall. The meeting was called to order
at 8 O'clock Pe Me All Board members were present and
several visitors.
The minutes of the last meeting woo* read and
approved as read. The financial statement was read and
sl so approved. Cheeks were drawn for the monthly bill
and the of ark was directed to mail same.
A motion was made and seconded that the clerk be
authorised to have the building code which was adopted
at a regular Board meeting Ange 13th 1957 and published

A Motion was made and seconded that Carl Marta be
given permission to lay a good oorogatod culvert across
the Duck Take Road near his place to take care of a water

A Motion was made and seconded that Fox & W11 or
be hired at a rate of $14.00 per hoar to do that landscaping
work on the property acquired from the School Board for
future planAinge The Board to most with Mr. Weiler on

Mrs Spande appeared in regard to a change in his
plat and the matter was refered to the Zoning Board for
their consideration and recommendations
Mre Don Anne appeared in regard to a second ap-
plloation to live in a trailer. He was advise to make
another applioation for the Boards consideration.
A motion was made and seconded that the Town Board
