The monthly Board Meeting of the Town Board of the
Town or =den Prairie was hold in the American Legion Hall
August 13-+1957 at d o'clock P. M. Present Kenneth =. Ander-

Visitors sad Hanan Perbiz Attorney for the Town•
Urs. Btread was beard in regard to the adoption of
the roads in her Plat in Padon Downs Addition. The
matter was laid on the table for further consideration.
Ur. Larson was heard a" was only interested in
goneral information.
Woo Kopesky appeared for iaformatien in regard to
the method of assessing the Yowls. He was answered by our
Assessor Mr. Dredge.
Marie Johnso* presented the plat of his property C
at Riley T.ake. This matter was discussed at length and
It was again retered to the Zoning Board for farther study
and re►comaondation.
Mr. Baker wax beard in regard to Garbage T.ioenoe.
The Clerk was instructed to get a blank form fro■s other
Towns so that our Attorney can prepare the necessary
form for oar use.
A motion was and seconded th*t the Town Board
refer the Sanitation probi an to our Attorney for his
oonaideration and advice.

A Motion was made and seconded thatthe Clerk
be instructed to request the County Surveyor. Mr. =orkins)
to make a survey of the Town property where the Garage
now stands on account of discrepancy of lines which were
made a few years ago when it was originally purchasod.

1 action was made and seconded that the Town Board
adopt Resolution #69 which is Zoning Resolution.

Mr. Donn 9obmidel was heard in regard to a water
problem which is very complicated for the reason that it
invel Rs s several property owners and the M h St*?. RRy. The
Chairman was instructed to contact the Road Master ltr.

The Monthly financial report and the minutes of the
last two meeting were read and approved as read. These
being no further business the nonthly bill were paid and
on motion the meeting adjournedo
