A Special meeting of the Town Board for July 22nd 1957
at the American Legion Hall 8 o'clock PA. Present
' Chairman ,►ndarson, Alvin Drone Don Rogers Supervisors
A. 1. Miller Chairman of the Zoning Board and slmer A.
Clark Clerk. Visitors present were Vr. Ssil Trutna
and Yr. Stewart* also Engineer Olson.
The last plat of T.und Builders Ino. was discussed at 1
length , especially in regards Roads and drainage*
following which the following motion was adopted.
On motion dul,y wade by Don Rogers an& seconded by
Alvin Brenthat in the future all Platters of property in the Town of Zden
must submit a plan and road profile with their plats
before final approval. Notion Carried
On motion duly made by Don Rogers and seconded by Alvin
Brent that the Town Board acoept a building Code which has
been drawn up subject to changes and legal advisement.,
Motion Carried
On motion duly made by Alvin Bien and seconded by Don
Rogersi that Mr. Sail Trutna be appointed Building In
ppeotor for the Town of Aden Prairis, his duties to take
off ewt when the new bull ding Cede has been completed e
Motion carried.
The 01 ark was instructed to refer Yr. R. J. T.ewis l s
request to more black dirt from a small tract of land armed
near the nine mile creek causing a small lake to be "
torrofi; to the State of Minnesota Boil Consv. Depart
sent for their advise or approval * This land is on
County Road *39e
