Segniar monthly Board meeting was held at the American Logion Hail
on July 9th 1957 at Seo'olock PY Present Mre Kenneth Anderson e
Chairmane Don Rogers. Alvin Brent Mmer Be Clark Clark and ♦ef. Miller
Treasurer aiso Harlan Perbiz and a group of Usitorse
The meeting was called to order by the Chairman, the minutes
last meeting were read and approved as read,, the monthly bills were
audited and orders drawn for same and the financial repast was read.
The Clerk made a request to the Co. Commissioners for road
assistance in the Amount of #500*00 To help repak r hard surfaoed
roads turned back to the Town. r
A motion was made seconded and carried that the Gerard plat
be accepted with the miner changes requested.

Clerk instructed to get copies of different Building codes
