monthly Board meeting
June 11 *1957
On June 11-1957 the regular so thiy Board of the Town
of Eden Prairie was held at the American Legion Hall at
a o v of ool P. M. All members were present our attorney
and a few visitors.
The meeting was called to order by the Chairman mr.
Kenneth Anderson. The minutes of the last meeting were
read and approved as read. The monthly bAl s were
audited by the Board and ordered paid.
Tho request of Mr. Kaiser to have a part of his land
in Sections 16 b iT re-Zoned commercial was retered to
to the Zoning Board for their recommendation.
The request of Mrs Toolny to open a public dusp on
his property on the Minnetenka - Men Prairie Town
line road was also refered to the Zoning Board for
their recommendation.
There mmis considerable discussion in regard to speed
boats on idea Prairie Takes but no difinits action was
taken at the meeting and the matter was tabled for
further consideration.
On motion the request of Ursa Hopheeters for an ap-
plloation for a Drive-in-Cafe or her property on Hgy
#5 was refered to the Zoning board. Carried.
On motion made and seconded the Dredge Road should
have 4M additional 38 of gravel before aooeptanoe.
Notion Carried
On motion made and seconded, that the town Board
Adopt the Eden Ellin Road In Bden Kills addition.
Motion carried. �
The clerk was instructed to order 1 bbi meedose
from to Swift Co.
On notion wade and seconded the Town Board adopted
Town ordinance #6 knosn as the Plumbing Ordinance

Town Board heresy designate the Babe Senn Coo Newspapers
as the Official Town Pper.
