A Special Town Board Meeting was held at the Eden
rrairie School House with the School Board. Present
Kenneth E: Anderson Chairman -Alvin Bren and Don Rogers
Supervisors - Elmer E. Clark Clerk of the Town Board and
T. R. Clark, Bump Boyd, Cal Anderson, Ham Rogers and
Homer R agnet of the School Board. Harry Rule school
Supt. also was present.
The meeting was celled for the purpose of considering
acquiring a site for a future Town Hall which is at
present owned by the School Board.
After considerable di scussibAc the following notion
was mad*.
` Be it Resolved that Town Board agrees to accept in
principal the proposition, of the School Board to Deed
to the Town of Rden Prairie 3 acres (more or less) of
land in consideration of $1.00 for Town Purposes. ,
Resolution carried unamiously
The clerk was instructed to have the Town Attorney
draw up a contract in regard to st1pulations for each
of the Boards to follow through on.
There being no further business the meeting
Adjourned.

May 14th meeting.
