Regular Board Meeting April 9-1957
The Town Board not April 9-1957 at the American
Legion hall at 8 P.N. Present Kenneth Anderson Chairman
Don Rogers, Alvin Bren Supervisors and Elmer E. Clark
A. W. ]Miller Tress and Harlan Porbiz Attornly.
Also 100 visitors.
The meeting was called to order by the Chairman
The minutes of the last throe meetings were read and
approved as read.
The bids for Culverts were oppemed and inasmuch
as all seven bids wave all the some The Board made the
following Notion that the Board split the contract
equally between the Northfield Iron Co and the Viking
Co. on account of good service rondered the Town in the
past. Notion carried .
Performance checks of 150.00 and $70.00 held
by clerk until culverts are delivered.
A motion was made and seconded the Mr. Frank
Gage be appointed for a period of three years as y
Zoning Board member. Notion Carried.

Mr. McBowen gave the usual talk on eradication
of Woods by some of the now Hydecides. State has 40
acres still undre quarntine on Mr. Samuelson•s fame.
Ridiasolvene works fine kills every thing but spurge.
Mr. Dredge to get report from Kr. Kaiser on
who owns gravel pit on Hgy#169 and if he owns it find
out the possibilities of having it pasted as practice
shooting axaueenulsance.
Board to check into possibility of getting
revenue out of platted prbperty for school fund.
A motion was Meade and seconded that the Town
purchase a Gas tank and pump for the garage. Notion
carried.
