BOARD MEETING Dec 10 1956
A joint meeting of the Town and Zoning
Boards was held at the Legion Sall at
7 pm. The Zoning business was taken
care of first and at 8 pm the regular
Town Board meeting went into seasion.
Present : All Board members Vr. Perbix
Mr. Shattuck, Mr. McYann, firs . Stread
and Mr. Brown. . The Meeting was called to order
by the Chairman Kenneth Anderson. The
minutes of the last meeeting were read and
approved as read.
The Zoning Board recommended the
approval of Plats for Mcmann, Streed and
Brown. They also approved building
permits for Spar_do , Garrison, Andes and
Olson.
On account of having received an
approportionment for the R&B fund from the
From-the County of $750.00.
A motion was made seconded and carried
that the Board hire Fox and Weiler to complete
the remaing poetion of the Mitchel road if the
weather permits.
The Constables requested more complete
equipment the better to take care of their
duties ; such as proper badges, caps, belts,
holisters and lights for their cars.
On motion duly seconded and carried ,� ►
this request was granted. Wages $1 .50 per hr. A0 ml
County Park System resolution was re
fared to Mr. Perbix for answering, and investigation.
A motion was duly made seconded and carried x
That it be the policy of the Town to have the books
by a C.PA. every year. The clerk to contact the r
local men connected with firm
ydoing this kind of work
and report at the next meeting. _
The monthly billy were audited, orders
drawn for same, and the Treasurer issued checks .

meeting adjourned,
