The regular Board meeting of the Town of Eden
Prairie was held at the AmArican Legion Hall at 8
o 'clock P M Present Kenneth Anderson chairman,
Alvin Bren Supervisor, Don Rogers, Mr. Dalstrom and
others .
The meeting was called to order by the Chairman
Kenneth Anderson . The minutes of tae previous meeting
were read and approved as read .
The m6nthly billswere audited and found correct .
The clerk was instructed to draw orders for same
and have the Treasurer make checks as per the verified
accounts and orders . The clerk was instructed to
mail out the checks .
The Dalstrom Road matter was discussed at lenght
and tabled for the present .
Mr. Starr was heard in regard to turning over to
the Township all the roads in his Additjfton Known as
"Starring Addition" . No Action was taken but it
was decided that the whole Board should view the roads
In both the Starr tract and Emil Kutcher's new Addition .
Mr Malberg was heard in regard to the building or s
`. shack he moved on a lot in Birch Island acres . Mr.
Malberg promised do the best he can to live up to his
agreement he entered into when he received his removal
permit .
A motion Was made seconded and carried that
the Town Board approve the Bill of Frank Duda for mak-
ing a Tar Kettle for the Town .
There being no further business the meeting
