RECORDING SECRETARY: Jodie Fenske – via Recorded Meeting An optional tour of the Maintenance Facility was offered at 6:30 p.m. Chair Erickson called the
meeting to order at 7:05 p.m. Commission Members Cervantes and Atluru were absent.
Recreation Manager Brink, Parks and Natural Resources Manager Bourne, and Community Center Manager Verley were absent. Bridget Beyer, Co-President of Friends of Eden Prairie Parks, was in attendance.
I. APPROVAL OF AGENDA Motion: Commission Member Shah moved, seconded by Vice Chair Poul, to approve the agenda as presented. Motion carried 8-0.
II. APPROVAL OF PRNR MINUTES Motion: Commission Member Curry moved, seconded by Commission Member Shah, to approve the April 3, 2023 PRNR Commission minutes as presented. Motion carried 8-0.
III. REPORT OF CITY COUNCIL ACTION Lotthammer reported on several actions recently taken by the City Council.
A. DONATIONS TO HOMETOWN CELEBRATION, WINTER BLAST, AND SENIOR CENTER EVENTS Council adopted a Resolution accepting a donation in the amount of $1,000 from J.A. Price Agency for the July 3rd and 4th Hometown Celebration. He pointed out
this is an annual donation from J.A. Price Agency.
