I. ROLL CALL
Chair Colliton called the meeting to order at 7:18 p.m. Roll was taken and noted that
Commissioners Lori Peterson-Benike, Jan Mosman, and James Wilson were absent. Chair
Colliton acknowledged that no quorum was present and adjourned the meeting at 7:20 p.m. as
required by Roberts Rules of Order.
