STAT. § 462.351 TO 462.364, AND, ADOPTING BY REFERENCE CITY CODE CHAPTER 1 WHICH, AMONG OTHER THINGS, CONTAINS PENALTY PROVISIONS THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF EDEN PRAIRIE, MINNESOTA, ORDAINS: Section 1. City Code Chapter 25 is amended by replacing in its entirety the "Fee Schedule for Administration of Official Controls"with the 2019 fee schedule set forth below. Ordinance No. 23-2017 is repealed effective January 1, 2019. Section 3. City Code Chapter 1 entitled "General Provisions and Definitions Applicable to the Entire City Code Including Penalty for Violation" is hereby adopted in its entirety by reference, as though repeated verbatim herein. Section 4. This Ordinance shall become effective January 1, 2019 for calendar year 2019.
