RESOLUTION NO. 2018-102
RESOLUTION APPROVING THE PRELIMINARY PLAT
OF SPRING HEIGHTS 1ST ADDITION FOR BERT NOTERMANN
BE IT RESOLVED, by the Eden Prairie City Council as follows:
That the preliminary plat of Spring Heights I"Addition for Bert Notermann stamp dated August
29, 2018, and consisting of 11.69 acres into one lot and one outlot, a copy of which is on file at
the City Hall, is found to be in conformance with the provisions of the Eden Prairie Zoning and
Platting ordinances, and amendments thereto, and is herein approved subject to approval of the
2°d reading of the Ordinance for the Planned Development District Review with waivers and a
Zoning District change and approval of the Development Agreement.
ADOPTED by the Eden Prairie City Council on the 4th day of September, 2018.
