Home My WebLink AboutResolution - 2016-20 - KAL Point Comprehensive Municipal Plan - 01/19/2016 CITY OF EDEN PRAIRIE HENNEPIN COUNTY, MINNESOTA RESOLUTION NO. 2016-20 A RESOLUTION AMENDING THE COMPREHENSIVE MUNICIPAL PLAN WHEREAS, the City of Eden Prairie has prepared and adopted the Comprehensive Municipal Plan ("Plan"); and WHEREAS, the Plan has been submitted to the Metropolitan Council for review and comment; and WHEREAS, the proposal of Kal Point, by Kal Stay LLC is for a Comprehensive Guide Plan Change from Neighborhood Commercial to Community Commercial on 2.98 acres, as legally described on Exhibit A. NOW, THEREFORE,BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council of the City of Eden Prairie, Minnesota, hereby adopts the amendment of the Plan based on plans stamped dated December 21, 2015 and the staff report dated December 7, 2015 and subject to Metropolitan Council approval. ADOPTED by the City Council of the City of Eden Prairie this 19"' day of January, 2016.
