STAT. § 462.351 TO 462.364, AND, ADOPTING BY REFERENCE CITY CODE CHAPTER 1 WHICH, AMONG OTHER THINGS, CONTAINS PENALTY PROVISIONS THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF EDEN PRAIRIE, MINNESOTA, ORDAINS: Section 1. City Code Chapter 25 is amended by replacing in its entirety the "Fee Schedule for Administration of Official Controls" with the 2016 fee schedule set forth below. The deposit, or a portion thereof, will be refunded after final City Council action on the Development Application if the total sum deposited is greater than the administrative review cost or if no City Council action is required the deposit will be refunded after all site review and monitoring activities are complete. Site Review or $1,400.00 An LGU deposit agreement is required Development Review for site review and/or wetland delineation review. 50% of the deposit agreement is required for a No Wetland Determination. Section 2. Ordinance No. _-2014 is repealed effective January 1, 2016. Section 3. City Code Chapter 1 entitled "General Provisions and Definitions Applicable to the Entire City Code Including Penalty for Violation" is hereby adopted in its entirety by reference, as though repeated verbatim herein. Section 4. This Ordinance shall become effective January 1, 2016 for calendar year 2016.
