DORENKEMPER HOUSE CITY OF EDEN PRAIRIE HENNEPIN COUNTY, MINNESOTA ORDINANCE NO. 20-2015 AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF EDEN PRAIRIE, MINNESOTA, DESIGNATING CERTAIN PROPERTY WITHIN THE CITY OF EDEN PRAIRIE AS HERITAGE PRESERVATION SITE NUMBER 0010: DORENKEMPER HOUSE THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF EDEN PRAIRIE, MINNESOTA, ORDAINS: SECTION 1. The legal description and attached boundary map is hereby adopted as the official Heritage Preservation Site map for Heritage Preservation Site Number 0010: The Dorenkemper House SECTION 2. That all lands within the official Heritage Preservation Site Boundary Map for Heritage Preservation Site Number 0010: TheDorenkemper House and hereby is designated a Heritage Preservation Site as provided in City Code Section 11.05; SECTION 3. This ordinance shall become effective from and after its passage and publication.
