HomeMy WebLinkAboutResolution - 2015-72 - Shops at Southwest Station PUD - 07/14/2015 CITY OF EDEN PRAIRIE HENNEPIN COUNTY, MINNESOTA RESOLUTION NO. 2015-72 A RESOLUTION APPROVING THE PLANNED UNIT DEVELOPMENT CONCEPT OF SHOPS AT SOUTHWEST STATION FOR VENTURE PASS PARTNERS, LLC WHEREAS,the City of Eden Prairie has by virtue of City Code provided for the Planned Unit Development (PUD) Concept of certain areas located within the City; and WHEREAS, the Planning Commission did conduct a public hearing on June 22, 2015 on Shops at Southwest Station by Venture Pass Partners, LLC and considered their request for approval of the PUD Concept plan and recommended approval of the request to the City Council; and WHEREAS, the City Council did consider the request on July 14, 2015. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of Eden Prairie, Minnesota, as follows: 1. 13000 Technology Drive, being in Hennepin County, Minnesota, legally described as outlined in Exhibit A, is attached hereto and made a part hereof. 2. That the City Council does grant PUD Concept approval as outlined in the plans stamp dated July 6, 2015 3. That the PUD Concept meets the recommendations of the Planning Commission dated June 22, 2015. ADOPTED by the City Council of the City of Eden Prairie this 14th day of July, 2015.
