RESOLUTION NO. 2015-39
RESOLUTION APPROVING THE PRELIMINARY PLAT
OF WAGNER PROPERTY FOR THE PEMTOM LAND COMPANY
BE IT RESOLVED, by the Eden Prairie City Council as follows:
That the preliminary plat of Wagner Property for The Pemtom Land Company stamp dated
February 11, 2015, and consisting of 6.5 acres into 12 lots, a copy of which is on file at the City
Hall, is found to be in conformance with the provisions of the Eden Prairie Zoning and Platting
ordinances, and amendments thereto, and is herein approved.
ADOPTED by the Eden Prairie City Council on the 31 st day of March, 2015.
