HENNEPIN COUNTY, MINNESOTA
RESOLUTION NO. 2013-97
A RESOLUTION AMENDING THE COMPREHENSIVE MUNICIPAL PLAN FROM
RURAL RESIDENTIAL TO NEIGHBORHOOD COMMERCIAL ON 1.07 ACRES AND
EXPANDING THE MUSA BOUNDARY TO INCLUDE 11.5 ACRES
WHEREAS,the City of Eden Prairie has prepared and adopted the Comprehensive
Municipal Plan ("Plan"); and
WHEREAS,the Plan has been submitted to the Metropolitan Council for review and
comment; and
WHEREAS,the proposal of John Shardlow on behalf of Bert & Bonnie Notermann is
for a Comprehensive Guide Plan Change from Rural Residential to Neighborhood Commercial
on 1.07 acres, as legally described on Exhibit A and depicted on Exhibit B, and for the extension
of the MUSA boundary to include the property described on Exhibit A.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council of the City of Eden
Prairie, Minnesota, hereby adopts the amendment of the Plan based on plans stamped dated
September 5, 2013 and the staff report dated October 11, 2013 and subject to Metropolitan
Council approval.
ADOPTED by the City Council of the City of Eden Prairie this 191h day of November,
2013.
