HomeMy WebLinkAboutOrdinance - 9-2013 - Glen Lake Children's Camp - Heritage Preservation Site #0009 - 06/27/2013 CITY OF EDEN PRAIRIE HENNEPIN COUNTY,MINNESOTA ORDINANCE NO. 9-2013 AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF EDEN PRAIRIE, MINNESOTA, DESIGNATING CERTAIN PROPERTY WITHIN THE CITY OF EDEN PRAIRIE AS HERITAGE PRESERVATION SITE NUMBER 0009: THE GLEN LAKE CHILDREN'S CAMP THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF EDEN PRAIRIE, MINNESOTA, ORDAINS: SECTION 1. The legal description and attached boundary map is hereby adopted as the official Heritage Preservation Site map for Heritage Preservation Site Number 0009: The Glen Lake Children's Camp. SECTION 2. That all lands within the official Heritage Preservation Site Boundary Map for Heritage Preservation Site Number 0009: The Glen Lake Children's Camp and hereby is designated a Heritage Preservation Site as provided in City Code Section 11,05. SECTION 3. This ordinance shall become effective from and after its passage and publication. FIRST READ at a regular meeting of the City Council of the City of Eden Prairie on the 16th day of April, 2013, finally read and adopted and ordered published in summary form as attached hereto at a regular meeting of the City Council of said City on the 18th day of June, 2013.
