HomeMy WebLinkAboutResolution - 2012-167 - Riley Views - PUD - 12/04/2012 CITY OF EDEN PRAIRIE HENNEPIN COUNTY,MINNESOTA RESOLUTION NO. 2012-167 A RESOLUTION APPROVING THE PLANNED UNIT DEVELOPMENT CONCEPT OF RILEY VIEWS FOR HUNTER EMERSON, LLC WHEREAS,the City of Eden Prairie has by virtue of City Code provided for the Planned Unit Development(PUD) Concept of certain areas located within the City; and WHEREAS, the Planning Commission did conduct a public hearing on November 26, 2012, on Riley Views by Hunter Emerson, LLC and considered their request for approval of the PUD Concept plan and recommended approval of the request to the City Council; and WHEREAS,the City Council did consider the request on December 4, 2012. NOW,THEREFORE,BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of Eden Prairie, Minnesota, as follows: 1. Riley Views, being in Hennepin County, Minnesota, legally described as outlined in Exhibit A, is attached hereto and made a part hereof. 2. That the City Council does grant PUD Concept approval as outlined in the plans stamp dated November 28, 20 12. 3. That the PUD Concept meets the recommendations of the Planning Commission November 26, 2012.
