RESOLUTION NO. 2012-89
RESOLUTION ACCEPTING BID FOR
MITCHELL ROAD STREET,TRAIL AND UTILITY
IMPROVEMENT PROJECT
I.C. 11-5792
WHEREAS,pursuant to an advertisement for bids for the following improvement:
I.C. 11-5792: Mitchell Road Street, Trail and Utility Improvement Project
bids were received, opened and tabulated according to law. Those bids received are shown on the
attached Consultant Recommendation Letter; and
WHEREAS,the City Engineer recommends award of Contract to
Northwest Asphalt, Inc.
as the lowest responsible bidder.
NOW,THEREFORE,BE IT RESOLVED by the Eden Prairie City Council as follows:
The Mayor and City Manager are hereby authorized and directed to enter in a Contract with
Northwest Asphalt, Inc. in the name of the City of Eden Prairie, in the amount of
$531,544.33, in accordance with the plans and specifications thereof approved by the
Council and on file in the office of the City Engineer.
ADOPTED by the Eden Prairie City Council on June 5, 2012.
