RESOLUTION NO. 2411-34
A RESOLUTION APPROVING THE PLANNED UNIT DEVELOPMENT
CONCEPT OF RIDGE AT RILEY CREEK 4TH ADDITION
FOR.IMS CUSTOM HOMES, LLC
WHEREAS, the City of Eden Prairie has by virtue of City Code provided for the Planned
Unit Development(PUD) Concept of certain areas located within the City; and
WHEREAS, the Planning Commission did conduct a public hearing on March 14, 2011,
on Ridge at Riley Creek 4`h Addition by]MS Custom Homes, LLC and considered their request
for approval of the PUD Concept plan and recommended approval of the request to the City
Council; and
WHEREAS,the City Council did consider the request on March 15, 2011.
NOW,THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of Eden Prairie,
Minnesota, as follows:
1, Ridge at Riley Creek 0 Addition,being in Hennepin County, Minnesota, legally
described as outlined in Exhibit A, is attached hereto and made a part hereof.
2. That the City Council does grant PUD Concept approval as outlined in the plans
stamp dated February 10, 2011.
3. That the PUD Concept meets the recommendations of the Planning Commission
March 14, 2411.
ADOPTED by the City Council of the City of Eden Prairie this 156 day of March, 2011
