HomeMy WebLinkAboutResolution - 2010-68 - Nine Mile Creek Watershet Resource Center PUD - 09/21/2010 CITY OF EDEN PRAIRIE HENNEPIN COUNTY,MINNESOTA RESOLUTION NO. 20010-58 A RESOLUTION APPROVING THE PLANNED UNIT DEVELOPMENT CONCEPT OF NINE MILE CREEK WATER RESOURCE CENTER FOR THE NINE MILE CREEK WATERSHED DISTRICT WHEREAS,the City of Eden Prairie has by virtue of City Code provided for the Planned Unit Development{PUD}Concept of certain areas located within the City; and WHEREAS, the Planning Commission did conduct a public hearing on August 23, 2010, by the Nine Mile Creek Watershed District and considered their request for approval of the PUD Concept plan and recommended approval of the request to the City Council;and WHEREAS,the City Council did consider the request on September 21, 2010. NOW,THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of Eden Prairie, Minnesota, as follows: 1. Nine Mile Creek Water Resource Center, being in Hennepin County, Minnesota, legally described as outlined in Exhibit A, is attached hereto and made a part hereof. 2. That the City Council does grant PUD Concept approval as outlined in the plans stamp dated September 10, 2010. 3. That the PUD Concept meets the recommendations of the Planning Commission August 23, 2010. ADOPTED by the City Council of the City of Eden Prairie this 21 st day of September, 2010. i Young, May ATTEST: zg� thleen Porta, City Clerk EXHIBIT A PUD Concept- (Nine Mile Creek Water Resource Center) Legal Description: Parcel 1: Lots 1, 2, and 3, Block 1, TOPVIEW ACRES 3RD ADDITION, except that part of said Lot 3, lying Northerly of a line described as follows: Beginning at a point on the Northeasterly line of said Lot 3, distant 228.39 feet Southeasterly of the most Northerly corner of said Lot 3, as measured along said Northeasterly line; thence Northwesterly to a point on the Westerly line of said Lot 3, distant 148.15 feet Southerly of said most Northerly corner, as measured along said Westerly line and there terminating.
