STAT. § 462.351 TO 462.364, AND, ADOPTING BY REFERENCE CITY CODE CHAPTER 1 WHICH, AMONG OTHER THINGS,CONTAINS PENALTY PROVISIONS THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF EDEN PRAIRIE, MINNESOTA,ORDAINS: Section 1. City Code Chapter 25 is amended by replacing in it's entirely the "Fee Schedule for Administration of Official Controls" with the 2010 fee schedule set forth below. All costs incurred by the City or their consultant that exceed the cash deposit balance will be billed to the aPplicant. Ordinance No. 27-2008 is repealed effective January 1, 2010. Section 3. City Code Chapter 1 entitled "General Provisions and Definitions Applicable to the Entire City Code Including Penalty for Violation" is hereby adopted in its entirety by reference, as though repeated verbatim herein. Section 4. This Ordinance shall become effective January 1, 2010 for calendar year 2010.
