HomeMy WebLinkAboutResolution - 2008-61 - The Enclave at Old Shady Oak PUD - 06/03/2008 THE ENCLAVE AT OLD SHADY OAK CITY OF EDEN PRAIRIE HENNEPIN COUNTY, MINNESOTA RESOLUTION NO. 2008-61 A RESOLUTION APPROVING THE PLANNED UNIT DEVELOPMENT CONCEPT OF THE ENCLAVE AT OLD SHADY OAK FOR PERNSTEINER& ASSOCIATES, LLC AND SVK DEVELOPMENT LLC WHEREAS,the City of Eden Prairie has by virtue of City Code provided for the Planned Unit Development (PUD) Concept of certain areas located within the City; and WHEREAS, the Planning Commission did conduct a public hearing on May 12, 2008, on The Enclave at Old Shady Oak by Pernsteiner&Associates, LLC and SVK Development, LLC and considered their request for approval of the PUD Concept plan and recommended approval of the request to the City Council; and WHEREAS,the City Council did consider the request on June 3, 2008. NOW, THEREFORE,BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of Eden Prairie, Minnesota, as follows: 1. The Enclave at Old Shady Oak, being in Hennepin County, Minnesota, legally described as outlined in Exhibit A, is attached hereto and made a part hereof. 2. That the City Council does grant PUD Concept approval as outlined in the plans stamp dated May 19, 2008. 3. That the PUD Concept meets the recommendations of the Planning Commission May 12, 2008.
