CITY OF EDEN PRAIRIE
HENNEPIN COUNTY, MINNESOTA
RESOLUTION NO. 2008-16
A RESOLUTION APPROVING THE PLANNED UNIT DEVELOPMENT
CONCEPT OF PRAIRIEVIEW CENTER FACADE REMODEL
FOR SHEA, INC.
WHEREAS,the City of Eden Prairie has by virtue of City Code provided for the Planned
Unit Development(PUD) Concept of certain areas located within the City; and
WHEREAS, the Planning Commission did conduct a public hearing on December 10,
2007, on Prairieview Center Fagade Remodel by Shea, Inc and considered their request for
approval of the PUD Concept plan and recommended approval of the request to the City Council;
and
WHEREAS,the City Council did consider the request on January 22, 2008.
NOW,THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of Eden Prairie,
Minnesota, as follows:
1. Prairieview Center Fagade Remodel, being in Hennepin County, Minnesota,
legally described as outlined in Exhibit A, is attached hereto and made a part
hereof.
2. That the City Council does grant PUD Concept approval as outlined in the plans
stamp dated January 14, 2008.
3. That the PUD Concept meets the recommendations of the Planning Commission
December 10, 2008.
ADOPTED by the City Council of the City of Eden Prairie this 22"d day of January,

Egress and Parking, dated November 6, 1987, filed December 4, 1987 as Document Number
5354103.
Parcel 2:
Lot 3, Block 1, Prairie View Center 2' Addition, according to the recorded plat thereof,
Hennepin County, Minnesota.
Parcel 2A:
Easements for ingress and parking as set forth in Declaration of Easements to Provide Ingress,
Egress and Parking, dated November 6, 1987, filed December 4, 1987 as Document Number
5354103.
This legal description describes the same property as described in First American Title
Insurance Company, File No. NCS - 11861 - MPLS, dated August 9, 2004.
