HomeMy WebLinkAboutResolution - 2007-95 - Oak Creek at Hennepin Village - PUD Concept Review - 09/04/2007 OAK CREEK AT HENNEPIN VILLAGE CITY OF EDEN PRAIRIE HENNEPIN COUNTY, MINNESOTA RESOLUTION NO. 2007-95 A RESOLUTION APPROVING THE PLANNED UNIT DEVELOPMENT CONCEPT OF OAK CREEK AT HENNEPIN VILLAGE FOR HENNEPIN VILLAGE LIMITED PARTNERSHIP WHEREAS, the City of Eden Prairie has by virtue of City Code provided for the Planned Unit Development (PUD) Concept of certain areas located within the City; and WHEREAS, the Planning Commission did conduct a public hearing on August 13, 2007, on Oak Creek at Hennepin Village by Hennepin Village Limited Partnership and considered their request for approval of the PUD Concept plan and recommended approval of the request to the City Council; and WHEREAS,the City Council did consider the request on September 4, 2007. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of Eden Prairie, Minnesota, as follows: 1. Oak Creek at Hennepin Village, being in Hennepin County, Minnesota, legally described as outlined in Exhibit A, is attached hereto and made a part hereof. 2. That the City Council does grant PUD Concept approval as outlined in the plans stamp dated September 4, 2007. 3. That the PUD Concept meets the recommendations of the Planning Commission August 13, 2007. ADOPTED by the City Council of the City of Eden Prairie this 4th day of September, 2007. That part of the Northeast Quarter of the Southeast Quarter of Section 29, Township 116, Range 22, Hennepin County Minnesota, lying northwesterly of the centerline of Hennepin County State Aid Highway No 4.
