RESOLUTION NO. 2007-27
VACATION OF ALL THE DRAINAGE AND UTILITY EASEMENT OVER
LOTS 1 THROUGH 17 INCLUSIVE, BLOCK 1; LOTS 1 THROUGH 11 INSLUSIVE,
BLOCK 2; LOTS 1 THROUGH 6 INCLUSIVE, BLOCK 3; LOTS 1 THROUGH 5
INCLUSIVE, BLOCK 4, THE RIDGE AT RILEY CREEK
VACATION 06-06
WHEREAS, the City of Eden Prairie has (a) certain Drainage and Utility Easement described as
follows:
All of the Drainage and Utility Easement lying over, under and across Lots 1 through 17
inclusive, Block 1; Lots 1 through 11 inclusive, Block 2; Lots 1 through 6 inclusive,
Block 3; Lots 1 through 5 inclusive, Block 4, The Ridge at Riley Creek, according to the
recorded plat thereof, Hennepin County, Minnesota.
WHEREAS, a Public Hearing was held on February 6, 2007, after due notice was given to
affected property owners and published in accordance with M.S.A. 412.851; and
WHERAS, the Council has been advised by City Staff that the proposed vacation of the above
described Drainage and Utility Easement has no relationship to the comprehensive municipal
plan; and
WHEREAS, it has been determined that the said Drainage and Utility Easement is not necessary
and has no interest to the public, therefore, should be vacated.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Eden Prairie City Council as follows:
1. Said Drainage and Utility Easement described as:
All of the Drainage and Utility Easement lying over, under and across Lots 1
through 17 inclusive, Block 1; Lots 1 through 11 inclusive, Block 2; Lots 1
through 6 inclusive, Block 3; Lots 1 through 5 inclusive, Block 4, The Ridge at
Riley Creek, according to the recorded plat thereof, Hennepin County, Minnesota
is hereby vacated.
2. The City Clerk shall prepare a Notice of Completion of Proceedings in accordance with
M.S.A. 412.851.
ADOPTED by the Eden Prairie City Council on February 6, 2007.
