CITY OF EDEN PRAIRIE
HENNEPIN COUNTY, MINNESOTA
RESOLUTION NO. 2006-29
A RESOLUTION APPROVING THE PLANNED UNIT DEVELOPMENT
CONCEPT OF HORIZON PLACE
FOR COMMERCIAL HORIZONS, INC.
WHEREAS, the City of Eden Prairie has by virtue of City Code provided for the Planned
Unit Development (PUD) Concept of certain areas located within the City; and
WHEREAS, the Planning Commission did conduct a public hearing on February 13,
2006, on Horizon Place by Commercial Horizons, Inc and considered their request for approval
of the PUD Concept plan and recommended approval of the request to the City Council; and
WHEREAS,the City Council did consider the request on February 21, 2006.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of Eden Prairie,
Minnesota, as follows:
1. Horizon Place,being in Hennepin County, Minnesota, legally described as
outlined in Exhibit A, is attached hereto and made a part hereof.
2. That the City Council does grant PUD Concept approval as outlined in thepl
ans
stamp dated January 30, 2006.
3. That the PUD Concept meets the recommendations of the Planning Commission
February 13, 2006.
ADOPTED by the City Council of the City of Eden Prairie this 21s'day of February,
2006.

Legal Description:
Lot 1, Block 2, FOUNTAIN PLACE, Hennepin County, Minnesota
AND
Commencing at the northwest corner of Section 23,Township 116,Range 22,thence East along the
north line of said Section to the center of the State Highway Numbered 212 and 169 formerly known
as Number 5; thence southwesterly along the center line of said highway to the west line of said
Section; thence North to place of beginning.
AND
Lot 1, Block 1 FOUNTAIN PLACE APARTMENTS, according to the recorded plat thereof,
Hennepin County, Minnesota
