STAT. § 462.351 TO 462.364, AND, ADOPTING BY REFERENCE CITY CODE CHAPTER 1 WHICH, AMONG OTHER THINGS, CONTAINS PENALTY PROVISIONS THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF EDEN PRAIRIE, MINNESOTA, ORDAINS: Section 1. City Code Chapter 25 is amended by adding section "Fee Schedule for Administration of Official Controls." As also defined by Minnesota Statute, Official Controls may include zoning, subdivision controls, site plan regulations, sanitary codes, building codes and official maps. Effective Date. This Ordinance shall take effect upon publication.
