A RESOLUTION REGULATING FEES AND CHARGES FOR BUSINESS LICENSES
PERMITS AND MUNICIPAL SERVICES
The City Council of the City of Eden Prairie resolves as follows:

The fees , charges and rates imposed for -the purposes set forth in this
Re=_,ol ut i on -for licenses , permits and mun i ci pal services shall , after
adoption hereof , be in the amounts set forth in the following section_ .

The following fees, rates. and charges required to be fixed and determined by
Resolution of the City Council pursuEtn-t to the City Code and for other
licenses , permits and mun i ci pal ser vices are hereby fixed , determined and
adopted as hereinafter set forth .
