NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, that the City Council of the City of Eden Prairie, Minnesota , hereby approves , ratifies and confirms the acceptance by the City of Eden Prairie, Minnesota, of a gift from Bury & Carlson, Inc. , a Minnesota Corporation , of the real estate located in the City of Eden Prairie, Hennepin County, Minnesota , legally described as Outlots A, B and C, Westwood Industrial Park, according to the duly recorded plat thereof.
