HomeMy WebLinkAboutResolution - 84-83 - Specific Conditions - Autumn Woods 2nd - 05/01/1984 CITY OF EDEN PRAIRIE HENNEPIN COUNTY, MINNESOTA RESOLUTION NO. 84-83 A RESOLUTION SETTING FORTH SPECIFIC CONDITIONS OF COUNCIL APPROVAL OF AUTUMN WOODS 2ND ADDITION FOR TRUMPY HOMES FOR 74 SINGLE FAMILY UNITS AND 8 DUPLEX UNITS (TOTAL OF 82 UNITS) ON 11 .09 ACRES BE IT RESOLVED that the proposal for Autumn woods 2nd Addition by Trumpy Homes, consisting 74 single family units and 8 duplex units (total of 82 units) on approximately 11 .09 acres, located in the northeast quadrant of Highway ##101 , north of the C. M. St. Paul and Pacific Railroad , is herein approved, subject to the following conditions : 1 . The development plan, preliminary plat, and erosion control and grading plan, all dated April 24, 1984, and attached hereto shall apply. 2. Prior to final plat, developer/owner shall provide an overall development plan using the plat of the development to indicate the particular unit type which could be built on each lot . A front elevation of each unit shall be keyed to the development plan, showing that no two substantially similar unit types shall be located side by side, directly across, or diagonally across from each other. The plan shall be submitted to the Planning Department for review and approval . 3. Concurrent with the final plat, developer/owner shall convey Outlots E, F, and H, clear of any mortgages , liens , assessments, taxes, or encumberances. 4. Prior to building permit issuance, developer/owner shall : A. Meet all applicable Engineering Department requirements relative to utilities, roads, erosion control, and storm water run-off and receive Engineering Department approval of said plans. B. Provide a storm water drainage plan to be reviewed and approved by the Riley-Purgatory Creek Watershed District. C. Pay the required Cash Park Fee, 5. Concurrent with street construction, developer/owner shall construct a five- foot wide concrete sidewalk along Twilight Trail , Autumn Woods Lane, and Kristie Lane.
