RESOLUTION NO. 83-141
A RESOLUTION APPROVING THE SUMMARY
OF ORDINANCE 14-83 AND ORDERING THE
PUBLICATION OF SAID SUMMARY
WHEREAS, Ordinance No. 14-83 was adopted and ordered published at a regular
meeting of the City Council of the City of Eden Prairie on the 5th day of
July 1983;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF EDEN
PRAIRIE:
A. That the text of the summary of Ordinance No. 14-83, which is
attached hereto, is approved, and the City Council finds that sa- d
text clearly informs the public of the intent and effect of said
ordinance.
B. That said text shall be published once in the Eden Prairie News in a
body type no smaller than brev i er or eight-point type, as defined in
Minn. Stat. sec. 331 .07.
C. That a printed copy of the Ordinance shall be made available for
inspection by any person during regular office hours at the office
of the City Clerk and a copy of the entire text of the Ordinance
shall be posted in the City Hail.
D. That Ordinance No. 14-83 shall be recorded in the ordinance book,
along with proof of publication required by paragraph B herein,
within 20 days after said publication .
