RESOLUTION APPROVING THE PRELIMINARY PLAT OF WILLOW BEND FOR REGISTERED
PROPERTIES CORPORATION
BE IT RESOLVED, by the Eden Prairie City Council as follows:
That the preliminary plat of Willow Bend for Registered Properties Corporation,
dated February 11 , 1983, of 37 acres for 80 single family residential lots, a copy
of which is on file at the City Hall , is found to be in conformance with the
provisions of the Eden Prairie Zoning and Platting ordinances, and amendments
thereto, and is herein approved.
ADOPTED by the Eden Prairie City Council on the 19th^ day of
