RESOLUTION NO. 83-41
A RESOLUTION APPROVING THE SUMMARY
OF ORDINANCE 2-83 AND ORDERING THE
PUBLICATION OF SAID SUMMARY
WHEREAS, Ordinance No. 2-83 was adopted and ordered published at a regular
meeting of the City Council of the City of Eden Prairie on the 15th day of
March , 1983;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF EDEN
PRAIRIE:
A. That the text of the summary of Ordinance No. 2-83, which is
attached hereto, is approved, and the City Council finds that said
text clearly informs the public of the intent and effect of said
ordinance.
B. That said text shall be published once in the Eden Prairie News in a
# body type no smaller than brevier or eight-point type, as defined in
Minn. Stat. sec . 331 .07 .
C. That a printed copy of the Ordinance shall be made available for
inspection by any person during regular office hours at the office
of the City Clerk and a copy of the entire text of the Ordinance
shall be posted in the City Hall .
D. That Ordinance No. 2-83 shall be recorded in the ordinance book ,
along with proof of publication required by paragraph B herein,
within 20 days after said publication.
ADOPTED by the City Council on March 15 1983.
