R82-206 VACATION OF SANITARY SEWER EASEMENT ON Lot 2 , Block 2, Le Parc WHEREAS , the City of Eden Prairie has a certain utility easement described as follows : Sanitary Sewer Easement on Lot 2 Block 2. Le Parc as further described on Exhibit "A" attached. WHEREAS , a public hearing was held on August 17, 1982, after due notice was published and posted as required by law; WHEREAS , it has been determined that the said easement is not necessary and has no interest to the public, therefore, should be vacated. NOW, THEREFORE , BE IT RESOLVED by the Eden Prairie City Council as follows : 1 . Said sanitary sewer easement as above described is hereby vacated. 2. The City Clerk shall prepare a notice of completion of the proceedings in accordance with M.S.A. 412.851 . ADOPTED by the Eden Prairie City Council on August 17 , 1982 . That part of the above described easement which lies within said Lot, Block 2, Le Parc is also on the recorded plat, Le Parc, and said easement is hereby vacated together with the 5' wide drainage and utility easement as platted on said Lot 2, Block 2, Le Parc which lies adjacent to Outlot "A" Le Parc.
