RESOLUTION NO. R82-148
Relating to Parking Restrictions on
Mitchell Road S.A.P. 181- 104-04
from
Scenic Heights Road to Trunk Highway 5
in the City of Eden Prairie, Minnesota
THIS RESOLUTION, passed this 15th day of June, 1982, by the City of Eden Prairie
in Hennepin County, Minnesota. The municipal corporation shall hereinafter be
called the "City" :
WITNESSETH:
WHEREAS, the "City" has planned the improvement of MSAS 104 (Mitchell Road) from
Scenic Heights Road to Trunk Highway 5, and,
WHEREAS, the "City" , will be expending Municipal State Aid Funds on the Improve-
As ment of said street, and,
WHEREAS, said improvement does not conform to the approved minimum standards as
previously adopted for such Municipal State Aid Streets and that approval of the
proposed const--uct ion as a Municipal State Aid Street project must, therefore, be
conditioned upon certain parking restrictions, and,
WHEREAS, the extent of these restrictions that would be necessary prerequisite
to the approval of this construction as a Municipal State Aid Project in the
"City" , has been determined,
NOW, THEREFORE, IT IS HEREBY RESOLVED:
That the "City" , shall prohibit the parking of motor vehicles on both sides at
all times.
ADOPTED by the Eden Prairie City Council on June 15, 1982.
