BE IT RESOLVED by the Eden Prairie City Council as follows :

That the preliminary plat of Woodlawn Heights

and amended as follows :
is found to be in conformance with the provisions of the Eden Prairie
Zoning and Platting ordinances and amendments thereto and is herein
approved.
