RESOLUTION NO. R80-69
RESOLUTION ORDERING IMPROVEMENTS
(I.C. 51-359)
WHEREAS, a resolution of the City Council adopted the 19th day of
February, 1980, fixed the 1st day of April , 1980, as the date for a public
hearing on the following proposed improvements,
I.C. 51-359, Watermain, street and storm
drainage improvementw on W. 74th St. , extended,
Norseman Industrial Park 4th.
WHEREAS, 11 property owners whose property is liable to be
assessed for the making of this improvement were given ten days published
notice of the Council hearing through two weekly publications of the re-
quired notice and the hearing was held and property owners heard on the
1st day of April , 1980.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
EDEN PRAIRIE:
1. Such improvement as above indicated is hereby ordered.
2. The City Engineer is hereby designated as the Engineer for
this project and is hereby directed to prepare plans and speci-
fications for the making of such improvement, with the assist-
ance of Rieke Carroll Muller Assoc. , Consulting Engineers.
ADOPTED by the City Council fo the City of Eden Prairie on
April 1, 1980.
