RESOLUTION APPROVING THE PRELIMINARY PLAT
OF SHADY OAK INDUSTRIAL PARK 4TH ADDITION
BE IT RESOLVED by the Eden Prairie City Council as follows :
That the preliminary plat of Shady Oak Industrial Park 4th Addition ,
datQd July 27, 1979 a copy of which is attached hereto and amended
as follows:
is found to be in conformance with the provisions of the Eden Prairie
Zoning and Platting ordinances and amendments thereto and is herein
approved.
ADOPTED by the Eden Prairie City Council on the _l8thday of September ,
