RESOLUTION No. 79-131
BE IT RESOLVED that the City of Eden Prairie enter
into Agreement No. 59657 with the State of Minnesota, Department of
Transportation for the following purposes, to-wit : to provide for payment
by the State to the City of the State° s cost share of Trunk Highway
No . 5 roadway traffic channelization facilities to be performed under
a city contract and in accordance with State approved City plans and
special provisions designated as State Project No. 2701 --23 (T.H. 5=
121 ) - Improvement Contract 51 -327 .
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that authorization to execute such agreement is hereby
o iven to the _ Mayor and the Manager
