RESOLUTION NO. 79-37
RESOLUTION ORDERING A PUBLIC IMPROVEMENT FOR TIEE REMOVAL OF DISEASES TREES
WIIEREAS, the City Council fixed the 6th day of February 1979 for a
Public Hearing on the proposed improvement to remove diseased trees from
private lands and,
MfEREAS, all property owners whose property is liable to be assessed
for the making of this improvement have been notified and notice has been
published as required by law;
NOV THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that
1. Such improvement is hereby ordered.
2. The Director of Community Services is authorized to advertise
for bids for the removal of said trees. (See attached list
of properties)
ADOPTED, by the City Council of the City of Eden Prairie this 6th day
of February, 1979.
