HomeMy WebLinkAboutResolution - 77-65 - Approving Planned Unit Development Concept for lot 12, Auditor's Subdivision No. 335 - 05/14/1977 whp/jh Z RESOLUTION 7765 WHEREAS, the owners have requested the City Council of the City of Eden Prairie to grant certain side, front and rear yard screening and land- scaping variances for an area consisting of approximately 1.7 acres and commonly known as the Wye and legally described as: Lot 12, Auditor's Subdivision No. 335, Hennepin County, Minnesota, and WHEREAS, it is believed that the development of said area and the manner submitted to the City Council will be in the public's interest, welfare and convenience of the people of the City of Eden Prairie, and WHEREAS, owners agree to develop the aforementioned property and in consideration of the City granting the variances as requested, NOW, THEREFORE, be it resolved as follows: 1. That the planned unit development concept for the property involved herein is hereby approved as set forth on the site plan as shown on Exhibit C. 2. Granting the variances as set forth on Exhibit A, which is attached hereto and made a part hereof. 3. Permitting the Pegasus roof sign to be repaired and remain and that the same be designated a landmark sign. 4. Permitting a Country Kitchen sign consistent with city sign standards as set forth on Exhibit B.
