HomeMy WebLinkAboutResolution - 77-38 - Accepting Bid for Improvements to TH 169 South of Schooner Boulevard - IC 51-266 - 04/05/1977 April 5, 1977 CITY OF EDEN PRAIRIE HENNEPIN COUNTY, MINNESOTA RESOLUTION NO. 77-38 RESOLUTION ACCEPTING BID I.C. 51-266 WHEREAS, pursuant to an advertisement for bids for the following improvements: I.C. 51-266 S.P. 2744-25 and 23 T.H. 169 Improvements from I-494 to 1/4 mile south of Schooner Boulevard bids were received, opened and tabulated according to law. Those bids received are shown on the attached Summary or Bids; and WHEREAS, the City Engineer recommends award of contract to Progressive Contractors, Inc., Osseo, Minnesota • as the lowest responsible bidder. NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED by the Eden Prairie City Council as follows: The Mayor and City Manager are hereby authorized and directed to enter into a contract with Progressive Contractors, Inc. Osseo, Minnesota in the name of the City of Eden Prairie in the amount of $923,030.66 in accordance to the plans and specifications thereof approved by the Council and on file in the office of the City Engineers subject to concurrence with the Minnesota Department of Transportation.
