RESOLUTION NO. 77-38
RESOLUTION ACCEPTING BID
I.C. 51-266
WHEREAS, pursuant to an advertisement for bids for the following
improvements:
I.C. 51-266 S.P. 2744-25 and 23
T.H. 169 Improvements from I-494 to 1/4 mile
south of Schooner Boulevard
bids were received, opened and tabulated according to law. Those bids received
are shown on the attached Summary or Bids; and
WHEREAS, the City Engineer recommends award of contract to
Progressive Contractors, Inc., Osseo, Minnesota
• as the lowest responsible bidder.
NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED by the Eden Prairie City Council
as follows:
The Mayor and City Manager are hereby authorized and directed
to enter into a contract with Progressive Contractors, Inc.
Osseo, Minnesota
in the name of the City of Eden Prairie in the amount of
$923,030.66 in accordance to the plans and
specifications thereof approved by the Council and on file
in the office of the City Engineers subject to concurrence
with the Minnesota Department of Transportation.
ADOPTED by the Eden Prairie City Council on 5th day of April, 1977.
