HomeMy WebLinkAboutResolution - 1215 - Dedicating Easements and Right-of-way Acquired by City for TH 169 - IC 51-266 - 11/23/1976 Nov. 23, 1976 CITY OF EDEN PRAIRIE HENNEPIN COUNTY, MINNESOTA RESOLUTION NO. 1215 DEDICATING EASEMENTS AND RIGHT-OF-WAY ACQUIRED BY THE CITY FOR T.H. 169 IM- PROVEMENTS (I.C. 51-266) WHEREAS, the City of Eden Prairie and the Minnesota Highway Department have entered into an agreement for the improvement of Trunk Highway 169 within the City of Eden Prairie, and; WHEREAS, said improvement is in accordance with plans prepared by the Minnesota Highway Department, said plans identified as S.P. 2745- 23, S.P. 2744-25, S.P. 2744-26, and; WHEREAS, the City of Eden Prairie has, in an earlier resolution dated August 27, 1974, authorized the acquisition by the City of Eden Prairie for the necessary right of way for said project, and; WHEREAS, the.-City of Eden Prairie has acquired all the land and easements for said project. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the property described on Attached Exhibit A is herewith dedicated for public street and highway purposes.
